Paul Newbound - Executive Director / CEO

Paul Newbound is the founder and proprietor of APTS. He has over 30 years' experience in pressure testing and related services. Throughout his career, Paul has been involved in the development, NATA accreditation and management of pressure testing and calibration laboratories for several organisations and since 2003 has led APTS in its current market leading position. Paul fosters strong relationships with the clients of APTS and believes strongly in the creation of a mutually rewarding environment for customers and staff.

He is now focussing on APTS' future growth, which includes acquisitions, new services and benchmarks that include overseas markets.

Strength: Paul is an idealist and not interested in "Glass half full" or "Glass half empty", He believes we should get a bigger glass in our lives and fill it.

Weakness: A strong belief that a good Barossa Valley Shiraz can cure any problems known to man.

Chris Newbound - General Manager - Operations

Chris Newbound has been working for APTS since its inception in 2003. Chris has worked his way from a hands on role and uses this vast experience in managing teams on-site to overseeing our existing operations team. He is also looking at the current market place to add value to our clients resulting in APTS' growth both geographically and through additional services. In conjunction with the Executive Director, he is investigating potential strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Chris is also in the process of securing further large scale projects for APTS.

Strength: Chris's in depth knowledge of the industry through hands on experience and delivery of large scale projects.

Weakness: The inability to participate in a conversation before the morning coffee.

Donna Allen - EA to Executive Director / CEO

Donna joined APTS in 2010. She has a strong EA background and acts as the point of contact for APTS' Executive Director Paul Newbound, maintaining the executive calendars and agendas. While at APTS, she has been runner-up for Page Personnel's EA of the Year Awards in 2011 and was also thrilled when APTS nominated her for Executive PA's magazine 'EA of the Year' Awards of which she became a finalist. She enjoys using her writing skills and was very proud to have played her part in writing the entries for many awards that APTS have won, including the winning entry for the highly coveted Telstra Australian Business of the Year in 2011.

Strength: Communication Skills on all levels

Weakness: Writing contemporary fiction while eating copious amounts of dark chocolate

Jas Milsom - Business Development Manager

Since joining APTS in 2010, Jas has brought far more than her past experience in managing Marketing and Promotions in a number of organisations in the UK. She brings charisma, enthusiasm, professionalism and warmth towards her clients and the APTS team while promoting their mutual interests. She shares APTS' vision for outstanding customer service and value, always operating with the client in mind for the most positive outcomes, culminating in best practice and service in the industry.

Strength: Strong communicator, always aiming for 'Win-Win' outcomes

Weakness: High Heels (even in the supermarket!)

Hayley Joyce - HR Advisor

Hayley joined APTS as our Human Resources Advisor. Hayley has over 7 years of HR and Recruitment experience gained within the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. With qualifications in Business, she is currently completing a Human Resources Management Diploma.

Hayley has a strong belief that the success of the business is within its people and prides herself on building solid relationships and always delivering what she promises.

Strength: Ability to communicate with people at all levels with a warm and friendly approach.

Weakness: My adorable French Bulldog.

Guy Lodge - Technical Services Manager

Guy started with APTS in January 2015 as Technical Services Manager. He brings with him a wealth of business management and technical knowledge. He provides support and expertise with technical advice in the preparation of tenders and assists in developing our technical training. While continuing to look after our Technical Services division, he is now managing our Projects and provides assistance on and off-site with a demonstrated commitment to work safety.

Strength: His ability to lead and motivate team members in an effective and productive manner

Weakness: Sitting on the rock walls of WA's North West coastline chasing big game fish with helium balloons

Kornelius Mihal - Financial Controller

Kornelius has recently joined APTS as our Financial Controller.
