Gauges Calibration
At APTS we understand that clients want fast, efficient service and that means equipment must be tested, calibrated and back in operation as quickly as possible. That’s why we endeavor to have all industrial grade equipment turned around within 24 hours, with 48 hours required for test grade equipment requiring greater accuracy. However in cases of extreme urgency we will work with the client to complete the testing within the required time frame.
Ensuring that instruments are calibrated accurately requires a high level of expertise, at APTS we pride ourselves on ensuring that every job is carried out to meet stringent international & Australian standards.
Calibration Services includes:
- Hydraulic calibration and repair of test and industrial grade pressure gauges from -95 kPa (vacuum) to 413 MPa (59,900 psi).
- Pneumatic calibration and repair of test and industrial grade pressure gauges from vacuum to 7 MPa (1,000 psi). Including gauges for oxygen service.
- Calibration and repair of pressure chart recorders from -95 kPa (vacuum) to 413 MPa (59,900 psi).
- Calibration and repair of temperature equipment to 50°C.
- Calibration and repair of torque gauges from 100 kPa to 413 MPa (59,900 psi).
- Calibration of pressure transducers from -95 kPa (vacuum) to 413 MPa (59,900 psi).
- Hire and sales of calibrated test equipment and pressure pumps.
