July 4 – 11 is NAIDOC Week, a celebration of the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The theme for 2021 is “Heal Country!” which calls for stronger measures to recognise, protect, and maintain all aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage.
Our Perth office acknowledges the Wadjuk people as the Traditional Custodians of the land we are on, and pays respect to Elders past, present, and emerging.
Our Brisbane office acknowledges the Turrbal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land they are on, and pays respect to Elders past, present, and emerging.
Our Roma office acknowledges the Mandandanji people as the Traditional Custodians of the land they are on, and pays respect to Elders past, present, and emerging.
Due to the current health advice around Australia, APTS will be supporting our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities by taking part in COVID-Safe, online/virtual activities to help celebrate NAIDOC Week.
