Background
The Eurombah Reedy Creek InterConnect (ERIC) pipeline came online in July 2019.
The ERIC pipeline connects APLNG’s gas processing facilities that service Combabula, Reedy Creek, and Spring Gully fields.
The Project
APTS had been awarded a contract from MPC Kinetic, for the Testing of the ERIC Pipeline Project, which is based in South West Queensland.
This consists of a 46km DN900 Gas Pipeline and a 12km DN560 Water Pipeline.
Scope of Services
- Review and develop Test Pack
- Pneumatic Testing of Mainline
- Hydro Testing of HDD sections
Results
Testing of the ERIC pipeline was successfully completed by the APTS team, and spanned over 60 km in radius and required driving long distances and working long shifts.
We are pleased to report the successful completion of the project with Zero Harm to our people and environment.
